Returned goods – any goods purchased from our standard stock range, which are in new, unused condition and have all their original packaging, can be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit of the original purchase price in full. In these circumstances the cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility. In any case where goods are returned for any reason, and we agree to issue a refund, our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are received faulty, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
